Join us for a traditional Irish music session featuring local musicians! A trad session is like a get-together of Irish traditional musicians who come together to celebrate their shared love of music by playing it together in a laid-back, informal atmosphere. In doing so, they help keep alive the mystical cultural mantra that’s always humming beneath all expressions of Irishness around the world. You’ll hear the sounds of fiddle, mandolin, banjo, concertina, guitar, and bodhran (Irish drum) playing jigs, reels, and sometimes even a song. Slainte!
