WE ARE OPEN for dine-in customers! We’ve missed you the past seven weeks and we are so excited to see your smiling faces in the tap house once again, even under these social distancing guidelines. We will be serving food and tasty beverages at the tap house Tuesday-Sunday from Noon-8pm this week. Patio is OPEN as well. Come down and say hi and see what we’ve been up to while quarantined in a bar. Takeout is always available if you’d like to wait to join us. Cheers

We have changed our takeout hours to noon-8pm, extending our closing to a later time to let you enjoy the longer days before you have to think about dinner. Cheers

Hello again! We are still operating as takeout only as there is now a state mandate in place ordering all restaurants and bars to operate as takeout or delivery only, which we have been doing since Tuesday so nothing will change on our end as far as that goes, besides delivery, we don’t have the ability to offer that yet. We have kept our full staff on and they are awaiting your smiling faces and we all really appreciate your support.
In addition, we have added some services to our takeout. We are now offering packaged liquor and wine to go. We are hoping to add some additional services starting Tuesday, March 24 so if you have any ideas on how we can further support our community, please let us know. Cheers

Hello fellow Backyardians (that’s what you are all called now). Today is a tough day and with it, came a tough decision. We are going to transition the Backyard Tap House to takeout only starting today for the time being due to the COVID 19 crisis.
With many Montana communities ordering the closing of all bars and restaurants as a plea to help health professionals deal with the COVID 19 crisis and prevent our hospitals from becoming overburdened, we have decided to join in their efforts and do our part in limiting the spread of the virus.
This is a very difficult decision as we love serving our community and providing you all with delicious fresh cooked food options and quenching your thirst with our selection of beer, wine and cocktails. We have grown into a wonderful family at the Backyard Tap House and we are going to miss seeing your smiling faces until the threat passes.
We’re committed to giving our staff as many hours as we can possibly give during this time and you can help by ordering takeout, growlers of beer to go and buying gift cards for future visits. Your continued support over the past 10ish months have made this endeavor a success in our community and we will be back for many years to come, just in time for patio season.
Our takeout hours will be Noon-7:30pm Tuesday-Sunday until further notice. We will also be offering curbside (parking lot) service so when you arrive to pick up your order, you can give us a call at 406-830-3266 and we will gladly deliver your order to the parking lot. If you’d prefer to come in and say hi, we’d love to see you.
We love you all. Cheers,
Chris & Tessa Lynn

Backyard Tap House is currently operating on regular business hours and we are dedicated to following all CDC, Montana DPHHS, and Ravalli County Health Department recommended practices to keep our community and our staff healthy and safe from the threat of COVID-19. We continue to evaluate these recommendations and will update our website and social platforms as necessary.
March 16, 4:30pm
In communication with the 406 Over Bar 4-H Club, we have cancelled the Backyard Beers For A Cause Pint Night scheduled for March 25. We will be rescheduling this event at a later date once more clarity on CDC recommendations is established.
March 16, 11:30am
We have cancelled our St. Patrick’s Day celebration event with Bayern Brewing. We are hoping to reschedule at a later date but for now it has been cancelled for the safety and health of our customers and community.
March 13, 2:30pm
We are open regular hours for food and beverages and here at the Backyard Tap House, the health and safety of our customers and community is our highest priority. We have always put cleanliness and sanitation practices as a top priority, but in light of the recent COIVD-19 outbreak we have added in additional procedures to do our part.
As mentioned above, we are keeping our regular hours at this time, but will continue to reassess as news comes from the CDC and our local health department.
Please remember that we also do Togo orders, as well as growler fills and treats for your four-legged friends.
